Very nice conditions - the greens are like carpets right now! Very walkable. Pace of play is 4 hours or less and is usually less. Bunkers are nicely sanded. Best course to play in Green Valley.

The greens run fast and true, with just enough subtle break to keep one's focus or risk a 3-putt! Set in a great location, with the Santa Rita mountains as a back drop, The addition of new soft sand in all bunkers is definitely an advantage over every other stone filled bunker in the other courses in the neighborhood!!
